Germanna Grows in Stafford County
Germanna will open its doors to students in Stafford County with the expansion to two buildings at the new $20 million location.
The Barbara J. Fried Center
Located at 10 Center Street, the Barbara J. Fried Center will ensure Germanna continues to meet the needs of local employers in the high-demand fields of Cybersecurity and Information Technology.

The Kevin L. Dillard Health Sciences Center
Located at 25 Center Street, the Kevin L. Dillard Health Sciences Center will help double student enrollment in critical health sciences fields. Students training in the Robert C. O'Neill Wellness Clinic will serve the local community while receiving invaluable lab experience.
Opening in Fall 2024
The two buildings, totaling over 74,000 square feet, will allow Germanna to meet short-term and intermediate cybersecurity, I.T., and healthcare programming needs.
Not counting noncredit workforce training students, Germanna had 3191 students from Stafford in 2023 and that number is projected to grow to 3693 by 2025.
